My Monday thru Friday Breakfast – About 6oz OJ, handful of raw Kale, Spinach, Brocolli. Add some blueberries, banana, flax seed, chia seed, and raw ginger. I mix it in a blendtec blender because a regular blender just doesn't get it smooth enough.

On the weekend i usually take a break from it but I actually enjoy the above! The ginger made a huge difference.

Don't know if it helps or not but I've never been a big breakfast person anyway, and would rather drink my vegetables given the choice…

Some people do this, some also take supplements. . and some say they still eat and drink whatever they want and really haven't changed their diet.  I don't know what to believe it the right thing.
