We just received the results of my mom’s BRAF testing, it was negative. She has tumors in liver and mesentary and groin. What treatment if any have any of you tried, other than Ipi/Yervoy. She was not a responder. She is weak, not eating well, and extremely tired. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks. We just received the results of my mom’s BRAF testing, it was negative. Sorry to read that your mother didn't respond to Yervoy, and that she is BRAF negative.
Some options could include chemotherapy, an Anti PD-1 or other clinical trial. Other treatments such as IL-2 (interleukin-2) or TIL treatment (adoptive cell therapy) may be more toxic but are also worth investigating.
Hope this helps
