      thank you for asking…

      i am on zelboraf and have a rough ride on it so far…still not up to full strength of the medicine…my pancreatic and liver enzymes are dismal… i have chills, fevers, body rashes, aches and bowel problems…i feel very weak and not able to correspond like i would like to…the doctor said the side effects would diminish…to hang in there and that is what i am doing.

        Boots, I would just like to chime in here. Sorry to read that you are having a rough time at the moment. Have you had a reply from Dr Rosenberg regarding possible TIL treatment?

        Hi Boots

        So sorry to hear about those side effects.

        If you are being treated by Dr. Weber maybe you can switch to PD-1 trial. Just a thought.

        Hey Boots, sorry to hear it's a tough go on Zelboraf.  I did hear from others that the side effects subside after a while, I hope that is true for you.  I have my next Onc appt. at UCSF on the 5th of October to look at a PK13/MTOR inhibitor trial with scans the following week.  UCSF has a anti-PD1 trial starting the following month which I'm leaning towards as long as scans show I can wait til then.  Take care.
