Looks like the monster has moved to bones. Need all info you can send my way. First, what can be done about pain when the hydracodone isn’t working. Don’t know how much longer I can work. How do you start the disability process?Looks like the monster has moved to bones. Need all info you can send my way. First, what can be done about pain when the hydracodone isn’t working. This depends on who you work for and whether you have disability insurance through work. If you're looking for government disability assistance, contact the Social Security Administration – they'll get you started.
Good luch – sorry you're going through this.

Hi,You can have radiation to bone mets. I’ve had this done twice once for my left hip region and the second time on a lumbar vertebra as well as my rt humerus. It really helped.
I recently applied for SS disability. You can do it online, or you can call in. I started the process online, but found the person on the other end of the phone to make the process much easier. I was approved quickly for stage IV melanoma. You don’t get a check for 6 months and you have to stop working completely. I will be withdrawing from my IRA to get by. Not an ideal situation- wish I was well enough to work.
I would definitely check into radiation for the bone mets.
