Thanks for posting Jim. I’m very interested in Ipi/Zelboraf combo therapy since I’ve been doing it. Not always easy either. This seems to say they might work better together, right? But not PD1 -> Zel which I had heard a rumor was showing some scary effects.

I was on Zel before Ipi too, responding then and now. I think this is what I’m seeing, faster tumor shrinkage.

I’d really like to figure out if Ipi was a benefit in case I’m in a situation wanting to use it again. Just not sure how. Maybe plot tumor volume change before and after Ipi vs Zel dose? I’ve tracked almost every Zel pill taken in 11 mos. finished Ipi 12/1/13. Can hardly tolerate it now, trying 2 wks on/1 wk off. My Dr is great but too busy with trials so I’m trying to work this out myself.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. I appreciate all you do, for MRF and advocating for the rest of us.
