Well, my therapy has been put on hold until Monday. My docs popped in an hour ago to tell me that the lab says the growth curve of my cells is not as robust as they would like to see. They say the cells are growing and reacting the way they should, there's just not enough of them yet. So no chemo today. Instead, we'll be moving forward on Monday.

But because I'm only a couple of hours away from NIH, I get to go home until Sunday evening!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Ah, my brackets got busted long ago. lol I'm waiting for the Australian Grand Prix and the Flyers/Penguins game tomorrow. But I spent today with my daughter, her husband, and my grandkids. So that was better than anything else.

Thanks for the best wishes! I hope you and everyone else here is having a great weekend too!

Well if you're going to hang out at NIH, which isn't far from DC, don't forget… Go Nats! (Don't worry about that "other" team.)

And again, if you need anything, yell. (I'm the one in Reston, about 1/2 hour or 2 hours away, depending.

By that "other" team, do you mean the one that the crowd at Caps games still does the "O!" during the anthem to represent, even though the Nats have been in town for over 10 years? 😉

Yep, I'm an Orioles fan. Have been since I was about 8. Nationals Park is a nice venue, but I've been with the Os for over 50 years. No time to switch now!
