      Its great to hear of the long NED she is having. I noted in her story that prior to Braf she was on a Vaccine Trial, i wonder if it has helped the Zelboraf do its job.

      What an awesome story, so full of hope! Boots had mentioned in a post a while back about how sometime not too far in the future melanoma would be treated like a chronic condition. Sounds like this lady might fall into that category already. I wonder what it is about her body and her melanoma that makes the Zelboraf work so well? What I find most interesting about her situation is this:

      "She said she lived longer than the average before the medication because her tumors were slower growing than most melanomas."

        I have to say I think those that are long term responders to Zelboraf have very limited tumor burden and slow growing.
