Hi Family, I hope this finds everyone feeling good or atleast "Stable", iv gathered that "Janner" is MIA, i hope everything is ok..Ya know, every since the surgery i had {lung surgery} my Thyroid has been crazy low and once "again" my Endo id adjusting my Livo to 250mgc, sheez, i started with 125! it feels as if i need to "go up" more frequently now, it use to be like every 4 or 5 months now its like every 2 months their raising it.. I know it doesnt take much "effort" to get on the computer & check in once in a while but man! my energy level is VERY poor, im sluggish etc. My Endo is working hard to dial all my glands in, fine tune them back to a purring Warroir machine, so, excuse me for not gettin on like i use to, im just a litteral Vegetable right now,,,,You all take good care, i see my Surgeon one last time tommorow {as a follow up} then Tuesday is Opdivo #12! im looking forward to our brand new Infusion Building named Oasis! it just opened the 23rd, we will have "windows!" haha….Love ya guys, i really do….Mike

Nice to hear from you Mike!!! Yes some ass $&@? gave Janner a hard time after she, like usual, helped a new member!!! Bubbles has put out an APB (all points bulletin) so hopefully we can get her back!!!! Can you image new early staggers getting advice on pathology reports from the likes of the two of us!!! Now that would be scary!!! Take care!!!Ed

It's great to hear from you Mike. Thyroid issues can lay you out flat for sure, just rest and let your body heal. You'll be at warrior level again soon and leave vegetable status behind 🙂 It's just nice to hear from you and enjoy the windows, that is an upgrade for sure. Cheers, Jackie

Hey! So glad to get an update. Yup I understand the vegetable feeling. UGH!! Brain chemicals!!!
The Oasis sounds lovely. All this and windows too?!? I euphemistically call the JWCI's infusion room the "garden level" (it's in the basement) as in "table for 1 at the garden level" . Yes the volunteers that check me in look at me a little finny, but I don't care and eventually they get it. And doing this helps me not take my frustration out on them. Oh I do try to be kind, and gracious and grateful. But after sitting in traffic getting there it's just tough!
But I'm trusting you'll get your meds straightened out and will be back to feeling like Mike soon!
Shalom,
Julie

Hope the endo peeps can tweak you into tip top shape soon, Mike! My infusion center has the best muffins so you can actually *cough* enjoy *cough* going to see them. Hope you treat yourself after your infusion tomorrow!

Big Mike!
You don't call, you don't write! (I sound like my parents!) Sorry you aren't feeling 100% yet but you hang in there Warrior, let the Opdivo finish off what's left of the enemy and you'll be back to full duty status soon! I like the sound of the new 'juice bar', hopefully it still has that new smell to it! You rest up brother and keep taking the fight to the enemy.
Tex
