I'm trying to figure out what to do for second line therapy, and am worried that immunotherapy might be less successful after braf inhibition. Has anyone here had lots of success on immunotherapy after BRAF inhibition?

I had tumor load increase while on Taf/Mek.  I just finished 4th round of ipi/nivo.  Around round two, I could no longer feel the palpable tumor I had under my right arm.  My net Pet/Ct scan is coming up next week and I hope to have a better answer for you by then.  I'm feeling pretty good, though!
