50 year old male in relatively good health until this surfaced. I was having pain in my hip last summer so I made an appointment with the Dr.who did my knee surgery – figured it would be a simple solution. When we reviewed the films he explained the hip did have a slight tear but he was more concerned with ‘this area over here that lights up the film’. That was the tumor on my sacrum – right around the S1/2 area.
