        I had a spot come back from my WLE about three months after. It was black and dead center. Turned out to be internal bleeding from a stitch popping.

              I had a bump in my WLE scar show up 4 months after my procedure. It turned black and looked horrible. It ended up being my internal stitches. The dr said they had popped from being tight and it was blood pooling. It is now back to normal. I would have your dr look at it to be safe.
