        What kind of alternative treatments are you talking about?  I thought the cream was an alternative.

              I too am now in the same boat you were.  I would really like to know what you did or if you have done anything.  I am scared to death of the surgery more than the cancer.  I am really thinking about not doing anything.  At least not yet.  Mine is insitu also and you can not see it with your eye.  Apparently it is under the skin.  I'm a 51 year old female (fairly attractive) that deals with people all the time.  I don't want to have the possibility of being disfigured. I don't know that i could mentally cope with the extensive flap surgery.  I've lived a great life these 51 years and i know i'm going to heaven when i die so i struggling with this also.  As you said also, please some advice.  Thanks
