My brother was diagnosed with melanoma in early 202o. He had surgery to remove it. They removed his left nipple and some lymph nodes under his arm. Now, in April 2021,  it has metastasized in his lung. I believe he was told it’s stage 4 metastatic melanoma. He has a dime size nodule in his lung
