Bio

male, 51, good health, replaced heart valve in 2000 and in Jan 2012..during 5/2011 treatment for unrelated infection in blood had cat scan then biopsy then pet scan and stage 4 melanoma in lung id’d. had been very diligent with qtly trips to dermatologist since 2000 after 1st melanoma but guess the 1st skin spot snuck thru on that first site. I am told long time (11yrs) between primiary spot on skin and move to lung, relatively slow growth from nothing to walnut sized in 12-14 months, since last annual lung scan done, and just 1 tumor in accessible location on lung wall makes me a good candidate to surgical removal and with luck a hopeful solution. time will tell.. See treatment history above for follow ups to this background.
