      I've already had my TIL's harvested at NIH and they are waiting for me.  I'm checking in for the IL-12 version of this trial on Friday 5/31/13.  http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01236573?term=til+il-12&rank=1.  I can report back on any questions you have.
