      Amanda,

My husband just started a clinical trial in LA at the Angeles Clinic. It's Zelboraf and Immunotherapy combined. It's just begun so qualifying might still be open.

      Dick,

Did you ever have the rash associated with Z? If so, how long did it last? The fever and the rash are very irritating both physically and mentally. My husband started Z ten days ago and the rash began at day 9. Any thoughts or suggestions?

      Thank you….Kath

Can anyone tell me how long their rash lasted? Did it subside? My husband started with BRAF 10 days ago and the rash started yesterday. We've done Benadryl to no avail. We have been given hydrocortisone creme to put on twice daily starting today. Blessedly it stops at his neck, but it is full body…with no itching. Does anyone have a suggestion or answer?

      Many thanks,

      Kath
