Bio

My husband, Rudy, is 46 years old and was diagnosed with Stage IV Malignant Melanoma in late February 2013 (mets in liver, nodes and pelvis.) We met in high school and have been together for 30 years, 25 years of which we have been married. We have two sons, now ages 24 and 14. My husband is my best friend. We are both devastated by his diagnosis, however, we have faith in our Lord and we know that no matter what happens, he will be okay. We are united in this war against Melanoma and we are not going to give up! The daily fight hasn’t been easy on him or any of us, however, we are making progress and are choosing to focus on the positive and giving thanks every day to our Heavenly Father whom we have given all the glory to as He is the Almighty Physician and any progress towards healing is by His hand and authority!
