  I’m sorry to hear about the fatigue and concentration issues — that’s something a lot of patients going through radiation and targeted therapies struggle with. You’re definitely not alone in this.
  
  Adderall and other stimulants are sometimes prescribed off-label for cancer-related fatigue, but it really depends on your oncologist and how it interacts with your current meds (tafinlar/mekinist). Some patients report it helps, while others find the side effects don’t outweigh the benefit. Definitely worth bringing up with your doctor tomorrow — good call.
