I lost my father to this horrible disease at the age of 27. He was so brave and fought so hard it gave us all hope that we would beat this disease. His courage and stregnth made his passing a huge shock even with his poor prognosis-we had so much hope. So few people have an understanding of how horrible melanoma is. I’ve made it my personal mission to educate everyone I can in hopes no one will have to go through what my father & my family went through.
