I was diagnosed in 2016 3A. Was NED for 5 years. In situ new primary three years ago. I was in Emergency today for suspected appendicitis. Cleared on Appendicitis, Kidney stones and gall bladder…. The doctor said the CT showed spots in lung, rib and vertebrae. Referral to Oncologist forthcoming as well as lung biopsy.

That said when I got home I looked at some old CT scans and they flagged all areas previously as not a concern. Last CT was 7 years ago.

      Maybe I have false hope.

Just read the report and it referenced prior scans. So yes Wednesday sucked. Today is Friday and I have started the process again. Today has been the process of facilitating lung biopsy, arranging pain meds through the transition to medical oncology.

Scan highlighted 3 lesions in lungs. Largest 3.6×2.5. Cm
          Lesion on L11
          Lesion on rib

          Enlarged lymph nodes in chest.

I must be in shock because oddly I am not yet panicked.
