Unfortunately, I can't answer your question – temodar is definitely sometimes used for stage IV mm but I haven't had it.  After I had my brain met, I asked about whether I should consider it, because it does pass the blood-brain barrier, but both my local doc and my mm specialist didn't think much of it, at least as an adjuvant to surgical resection / radiation.  But you appear to have had quite a dramatic response.

              Hi,

I am also thinking about Temador as a treatment for my stage 3 recurrences.

What are the side effects that you have been experiencing on Temador? How do you manange them?

              Continued good luck w/ Temador.
