Temodar has been shown to be effective in small populations and is a less nausea inducing chemotherapeutic agent than carboplatin(effective in less than 2% of the population).  Abraxane I have never heard of anybody responding too as a single agent, but I suppose they may have found the combination effect to be of better efficacy then Temodar alone.

What is the stage? location of mets? previous treatments and effectiveness?

By z do you mean zelboraf?

My brother had both together….not much of a response. Don't need to tell you the stats.
