Scans from head to belly show no change or perhaps minor tumor decrease after 6 months interferon at dose of 10 M shot, 3 times a week.

That sounds like great news! I just responded to a post explaining how Interferon is the only FDA approved treatment for Stage III melanoma for those with no evidence of disease. Maybe I should have clarified in the U.S.! I do remember others living in Europe doing a low dose of Interferon for years.
