          I see you have not had a chance to create a profile.  We would need information on your history, treatments and current status to be able to help you at all.  With that limited information, compassionate use Ipi comes to my mind but there might be better choices.

              Where are your mets?  A lot depends on the state of your current health.

              There are a number of possible options, and in terms of the adjective "good" – it is one of those things; it is impossible to predict exactly who will respond to what treatment and how long.  But there are people who have had long term responses to a variety of stage IV treatments.
