Ok I have a 9mm nodule mid right back, nodes on the right side are pallable but also shows some spots high left subpectoral, since it,s left the node basin and spread to the left side would that make it stage IV?

If/when you had the SNB, did it drain only to one side or two both?  If it drained to both, then I'd say stage III.  If it only drained to the right side and you are seeing disease on the left side, then it might be stage IV.  I'd verify with your doc.  Local basin is stage III, distant is stage IV.  But since the back could drain to both sides, it's a bit more complex.

No SNB since the nodes are pallable!! their doing dissection on the right side on the 24th and resection on the nodule on my back the same day!
