Is there anyone who was originally diagnosed as 3B, still 3B?

Yes. I was 3B from the get-go with an unknown primary. Diagnosed in November 2010 and still 3B.

Thank you Linny for the response. My case is similar. Had a golf ball appear overnight on my neck. I was misdiagnosed three times before MDA in Houston determined it was melanoma during surgery. Even they were supposed. No primary. No history of skin cancer. I just finished radiation to the neck and in two weeks will be starting immunotherapy. Stories like yours are greatly appreciated
