moderately atypical nevus with halo immune infiltrate. eurgh? I have dealt with atypical nevi before but what is halo immune infiltrate?

Halo nevi are basically nevi that are being destroyed by the bodies own immune system. So this lesion is just showing evidence that the body is attacking the lesion. It's actually a normal process. Since this wasn't melanoma, there is really no reason to worry about it.
