      In February, I had a brain met that hemorrhaged. That's how I found out I had progressed to Stage 4.   I had lost use of my right arm and leg by the time surgery could be done.  I went through rehab and regained use and nearly full function.  Then started Zelboraf.  Now, I have pain in the arm that was paralyzed.  The hand is swollen and I can't close it to a fist, the shoulder spasms and shoots pain when I extend my arm or try to pull on things (like  closing the car door) and I am back in therapy trying to get use ba

          Like you I am also an identiacl twin .He is melanoma free.I have been on "Z" just 1 week short of 1 year.In my case I find side affects come and go over time.I have been having some sore joints in the hands.Can not fully close them completely without some pain.Arthritis like pain.Been going on for a little more than 2 1/2 months now.It has been lessening in itensity and almost completely gone in my left hand.Also a lot less intense in my right  hand.Hoping in time I will be back to normal.Will keep you in my prayers that your pain lessens also.Beat the Beast.   Al
