Hey Kali,
Unfortunately, Kali, Keytruda (aka Pembro) does not have much specific data out on that particular. Despite it being FDA approved, while Nivo is not, much more data is available from the Nivo studies. More importantly, for you and many others, most researchers agree that Nivo and Pembro are pretty similar in action and response rate though the absolutes of that will be coming out in the wash. I know you have looked at my blog. But these posts might reassure you and others.
