I am currently in a trial of Glembatumumab vedotin & Varlilumab.  Just wondering if anyone out there has done this and if so, what kind of side effects have you experienced.  Any info is greatly appreciated.

A dear one of mine did a very similar trial.  He credits it with giving him a year and thereby giving him time to find  a treatment that worked.  He did not have the varliumab component.  He did experience more  old school chemo side effects…hair loss, nausea….than was touted….but overall…very manageable.  Here is some data that you might find helpful:  http://chaoticallypreciselifeloveandmelanoma.blogspot.com/search?q=vedotin&max-results=20&by-date=true

          I wish you well.  Celeste
