Has anyone experience stomach pain with Ipi with out diarrhea/intestinal issues? Not lower GI but more stomach/just below rib cage tenderness, pain and nausea.

2 weeks out from 4th dose and had little to no side effects but have started feeling not so hot over the last week.  Especially bad after eating.  Wanting to know if anyone has had similar experience.

Yes, i had these problems as well. After some test i found out i have a Barrett Esophagus. Never had any GERD problems in my life!
I still think it might be ipi related, but my doctors don’t agree.
Take care, i hope you don’t have the same issue and the pain decreases.

I was dizzy/vomiting after my third ipi round. That was the only time.

NOT to scare you, but I began to have "funny" stomach pains after the fourth round. Then my breathing got bad, fast. It was my lungs filling with fluid…causing the stomach pain.

Have you had a chest x-ray lately? You might mention the rib cage pain, etc and see if your onc wants you to have one. That's how we realized my lungs were full of tiny mets/fluid.

Prayerfully, this is NOT your issue, and it is just a wee little ipi side effect that clears up soon!

hi, I had what you're describing, but also had diarrhea.

Doc said to report EVERYTHING, so I did.  Had colonoscopy & endoscopy, all was fine.  You really shoud call your doc.

                  Best of luck.
