I know! Isn't it just the most clever idea ever ?!?!  Despite what others might feel about it…I'm always pleased when someone sees something unusual and thinks of me !

One day, I  am going to film people eating my casserole and share it with all of you. You have to try it!!!

I love left over turkey stuff, but alas I am the only one in my family.  Why they dont even put stuffing and cranberry goop on the next day turkey sandwiches.  My whole family  (cept me) would not even want to think about a casserole, but I would love one day to try yours Rox.

So we solved it, by buying weeeee small turkey lurkey so usually no left overs.  Can you send me the recipe for your turkey casserole (e-mail)  I think it work out well for church pot luck stuffs.
