    My mother has been diagnoes with melanoma recently. Can anyone advice on diet and lifestyle that can help in fighting this beast?

        Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Lean meats. Juices like green machine and things. Eat a couple well washed raw okra a day. Also tumeric if you can. A little garlic too.

        If she can walk ok then build up to doing 2 one mile walks a day. Like after breakfast and after lunch and if still up to it a shorter one after dinner.

        I guess you already know about getting to a melanoma specialist to hopefully get proper treatment.
