I am a third generation melanoma survivor in my family. Dx in 06 returned 08. My Derm. I have been seeing since 06 has retired and I am now looking for a new Derm. Those of you like me know just any old Derm won’t do. Does anyone have advice on Derms. At Mayo in Rochester MN?

Does he do a pretty thorough check at each visit? My last Derm looked at each nevi with a derma scope projected onto a screen so we could see them magnified. Thanks for your help!

He uses a dermascope but I have never seen it projecteed on a screen, but been nearly 5 years since I have seen him, he may do that now.
