Any progress or status on when the Chat Room will be functional? Still having same problem of Chat Room loading then going to a blank screen.

I just sent a note to Janner and to Dian about this, and had considered posting an update, so your question is timely.

I called the CEO of the company who hosts our website and told him this must get fixed.  Yesterday morning he told they had worked with their vendor and could not replicate the problem.  With him on the phone I tried to go into chat using Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox.  None of them worked.  In each case I would get into chat for a half-second–just long enough for the image to flash on the screen–and then go to either a white screen or, with IE, a black screen.

I told him this is urgent and must be fixed.  He promised to make it a priority.  Frankly, I am very frustrated by this and don’t understand why they can’t resolve it.

I will try to keep you posted; I have asked for regular updates.
