    There are some photos in my iphone and I have to transfer them to my pc for editing. So I synced my iphone to computer and open itunes. Normally the pictures will appear on itunes but this time the folder was empty! I really don't know what's going wrong! Could u pls help me…

      Well if you bought those songs on iTunes I think it’s easy to get them back, because they should be linked to your account so you can download them for free again. 
      But if those music on your ipod are from other computers via itunes, you may not transfer them from ipod to pc because itunes can only transfer these fiels from itunes to your ipod touch. In that case you will need some other tools to do that. Google iPod Transfer and maybe you can find something useful

This is normally happens when you plug the phone in to the PC, and the "what do you want to do with this device" dialogue pops-up. It's here you can choose to sync photos. If you don't get the pop-up you've probably told Windows it to not bother you ever again with that dialogue. You can reverse that by going to My Computer, right clicking on the phone's icon and somewhere in there is the option re-enable or manually run an import.

        1. Make sure that your iPhone is connecting with Wi-Fi.
        2. Go to setting>iCloud>photos> Backup.   And all photos is backup to iCloud. Of course you are required to log in your Apple account.
        3.Log in Apple account again on your computer iCloud, and you can sync photos from the backup files.

      You can't transfer photos from iPhone to computer using iTunes. The sync is one way, from computer to iPhone.

      You can try back up your iPhone songs, photos or other files to the computer with joyoshare iphone data recovery.
      It doesn’t only make back up easier, but can also retrieve the data if it ever gets lost.
