Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to every one !

I'm 25 yo Singapore male. I was diagnosed acral lentiginous melanoma in my left big toes in last month. I had hutchison sign (a black line) 3 years ago (so scared !!!). My pathology is :

      Breslow thinkness : 1.5mm (T2a).

      Clark : level 3.

      Ulcreration : Absent.

Mitotic rate : possible up to 1/mm2.

Tumor infiltrating Lymphocytes : Present (non-brisk).

      Tumor regression/ Microsatelites/ Lymphovascular invasion/ Neurotrospism : Absent.

      Bone is free of tumor.

Sentinel lymph node biospy : no evidence of metastatic melanoma. ( one lymph node after mapping my lymph nodes).

*** My PET/CT : "Mild focal FDG uptake is seen in the proximal third of the shaft of the left fibula (SUVmax 2.4)".

=> My oncology doctor said to me : it's low SUV because my left leg had surgery and CT scan in this left leg wasn't found anything. He thinks i'm very good but i feel so bad to be positive.

My stage is IB (T2aN0M0). My follow-up is CT scan 6 months later, PET/CT in 1 year.

I found some infomation in internet said melanoma in nail prognonis is worse than nodular melanoma.

      – Anyone melanoma in nail survivor and same PET/CT situation ?

      – My Mitotic rate and Tumor infiltrating Lymphocytes is high risk to recurrence (local, distant, lymph nodes) ?.

      Any help/ advice always appreciated.

      Thanks in advance.
