I remember when I was first diagnosed reading about stage IV People who used Celebrex to keep their disease stable.  I was wondering if they are still alive.  Especially since a lot of people on here have been having trouble with pain management lately.

Yes, I am stage 3B, NED 6 years.  I have taking 400 mg. Celebrex a day.  It helps with the arthritis and I think I'll never know what all has kept me NED, but…..

I also did one year of interferon.  I take turmeric, immune guard (green tea supplement), & Celebrex every day.

YES!   I still am and I am now NED for 9 years.  I did a year of Interferon too.

I hope that someday when someone mentions Celebrex they will say,"didn't they used to use that for osteoarrhritis?  lol

                      Best wishes with contiunued NED!

I just started researching this after seeing it recommended on another Ocular Melanoma discussion list.  I'd love to hear feedback from others!
