    Sorry guys to bother you a All , but I found. Hard scab on upper thigh last night and I picked it off .  It was blood . See I just had my 3 month check up and NED , so my mind is thinking more Melanoma. It is not bleeding  but it is a little bump size of pin head …. Any advise

      Give it time to heal on its own.  A pinhead scab is an unlikely melanoma suspect – much easier to be something like a little shaving cut or follicle issue.  Let it heal and leave it alone.  If is doesn't go back to normal after a reasonable period of time, then you should call your derm.  But truthfully, all they'd most likely do at this point is ask you to wait for it to heal anyway or say it is nothing.  Look for the most likely explanation first!
