Great to hear you are doing well Sam.  Hope there are many NED anniversaries ahead for you.  You still following a supplement and nutrition routine?

        Thanks Brian ๐Ÿ™‚

And yes I am still taking my Vitamin C and other supplements… seems to be helping me in overall wellness more than anything. My fiancee and I are moving to Australia in a few weeks to live and work for a year as it as always been a dream of mine. (My dermatologist laughed and said you are going to the melanoma capital of the world) Guess ill just have to be extra careful with the sun down there!
