I am new to the community.  I just received my diagnosis about a week ago and wanted to share my pathology info.

Breslow Thickness: 1.30mm, Clark Level: IV, Ulceration: Not identified, Mitotic Index: Zero per square mm

Tumor Regression: Not Identified, Angiolymphatic Invasion: Not identified, Pathologic Staging: pT2a

I should be receiving a SNB within the next few weeks in Tampa, FL.

My diagnosis has really opened my eyes.  I pray for all who are fighting this terrible disease.  <3

Good Luck with the next step.  With no mitosis and not too deep of a tumor I think you have every reason to be optimistic.  Try too keep a good attitude.

I agree with Mary. Although we would prefer to see a Breslow < 1mm, yours is not much thicker than that and all the other hallmarks (mitotic index, ulceration, etc) are looking pretty good. You will need to get the SNB result, of course, but assuming that is OK you have every reason to be optimistic that you will never see this melanoma again.
