Does anyone know of any other options when the disease continues to progress on this combo?

The GSK combo is my initial treatment after diagnosis in July 2013 (heavy tumor burden).  I recall asking the doctors what we would do if it didn't work.  One doctor said chemo and the other said ipi.  However, this was driven by the fact that I had/have a heavy tumor burden.  If you have a lighter burden, you could pursue a clinical tral–PD-1, PD-L1 and ADC seem to be the most talked about options.  Can you share how long you were on the combo before it stopped working and how quickly the disease seems to be progressing once it stopped?

Mat, you haven't stopped responding to the combo, have you?  Which doc told you chemo first?  If the ins company approves( fingers crossed) I'll be on the combo too.     Personally, I'd want to stay away from chemo in the hopes of eligibility for a great clinical trial popping up–or, how about we stay stable until pd1 is approved next year!

        take care,

Oh boy–I didn't see the original post–I thought it was Mat.

Makes sense now, but I like my idea, let's stay stable!
