    Hello everyone,

     

    I would really appreciate some help.My husband is in a very difficult situation because the illness is advancing too fast.

    We have apply for the compassionate use of dabrafenib but is not coming until the end of the month.

    At the moment we have only chemo.We are in Spain and my oncologist tells me this Braf inhibitors are still not commercialize in Europe.We would like at least to buy one month supply to give my husband the best fighting chance .Could anybody tell me where could i buy this pills urgently.I can fly anywhere.

      Is there some reason why you are looking for dabrafenib rather than Zelboraf? They are very similar drugs that both act on the BRAF V600 mutation. Dabrafenib has just been approved in the States and is hard to find but Zelboraf  was approved almost 2 years ago and is easy to find. I think Zelboraf is available in Europe. Perhaps someone on the Melanoma International Foundation forum could help you; they have a lot of members from different EU countries.

      Just so everyone knows I am overnighting some Zelboraf to Mitsy and her husband, they should get it by Tuesday.  I spoke with her on the phone and she's very sweet with an awesome accent.  

      All my best Mitsy and Michael I hope this helps and works fast.  🙂

      Denise, bless you for sending them the Zelboraf.  My husband was just switched from Z to the Dabrafenib/Mekinist combo and therefore we have about half a bottle (60 pills) left if they want them.  I will message them also.
