    Just diagnosed as shown above with a mitotic rate of 10 per sq ml.  Since I have no idea what this means I am very concerned.  Can anyone help with this?

      The link below was sent to me shortly after being diagnosed. It is also good info when you’re just beginning to learn about this disease. I will also warn you not to just do a google search for melanoma and read all the links you’ll find. It’ll scare the heck out of you and for now you just need to get a basic understanding of what is happening. You’re also in a great place here to ask questions and get feedback from people with a lot of real world experience and knowledge of this disease. Good luck to you and feel free to ask any other questions.
