    So how will the rest of the weeks go. Are the effects cumulative, or is this it?

      As for the effects on Zelboraf I found they are all over the place.My own experience onit is that I originally had joint pain.That lasted only 3-4 weeks.A bout of the 'runs' every 2 weeks lasted for months  and eventually is now a problem only occasionally and not as bad.Loss hair after 3 months. Taste is affected since day 1 and contiues today.Just this past week the minor joint pain is back.seems you will always have some effect of this drug while on it.Others i know have had other effects.Good luck on it.Pray it works wonders for you in your fight.  Al
