Just wondering if anyone is getting treatment with Sylatron injections?  I'm going on my 6th treatment.  I will be doing this for one year.

I am not, but some people might not know peginterferon alfa-2b, a variation of interferon is what Sylatron is.

Try doing a search on peginterferon or a variation there off or reposting.  There is lot of discussion already on the board on thos subject.

      Good Luck with your treatments.

Hi there! I am taking the sylatron treatment. I just had my 6th injection last Friday. I have two more injections before they lower the dosage – yes, I’m counting down. My dr. Said I’ll feel so much better on the lower dosage.

How are you tolerating your treatment?

I too am on the Sylatron. Started at the eend of Nov 2011. I was given 8 weeks high dose and am now on maintenace does (50% less'ish) for the rest of the year. I absolutely feel better on lower dose…but not as "great" as I was hoping for. But anyting is a relief from the high dose.
