After going from Stage 4 to NED on Keytruda, what are my chances of reoccurance? There are so many different numbers out there that it’s hard to even guess.

If you look up keynote 001 and keynote 006 trials of Pembro you will find good information. There is 5 year survival data out and analysis of complete responders vs partial responders and stable disease patients. Here is a link to an article on Pembro (keytruda) survival stats. https://www.annalsofoncology.org/article/S0923-7534(19)31110-X/fulltext-

Thank you. That’s exactly the kind of info I was looking for: “In summary, patients with metastatic melanoma who achieve a CR with anti–PD-1 therapy have excellent long-term outcomes that endure for years after treatment discontinuation in the majority of patients. However, relapses are possible.”
