Interesting article from a Dutch study on the long term effects of measles. Many people, myself included got measles as adults and if this resets our immune systems back so severely and profoundly, taking up to five years to recover I wonder what impact other illnesses we encounter during our lifetime have on our immune systems? Melanoma having a clear connection with our immune systems, perhaps this one reason why some of us respond so well to certain immunotherapies while others don’t.
