    Researching these to therapies – are these ONLY an option if Braf positive?

      Since 2011, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved many targeted therapy drugs. Learn more about targeted therapy drugs in this class, listed newest to oldest:

      Encorafenib (Braftovi) + Binimetinib (Mektovi) in combination
      Dabrafenib (Tafinlar) + Trametinib (Mekinist) in combination
      Vemurafenib (Zelboraf) + Cobimetinib (Cotellic) in combination
      Dabrafenib (Tafinlar), a BRAF inhibitor
      Trametinib (Mekinist), a MEK inhibitor
