I finally saw a derm today and he removed two lesions via punch biopsy . I had the numbing shot at 3pm est to my finger for one lesion and it is now 12 am est and it’s still just as numb as it was at 3pm . Is that normal ?

I've had several hand surgeries and the numbing medicine lasted about 12 hours for both my hand and my fingers. If it's still numb in the morning I'd call your doctor.

It hasn’t eased at all and it’s been almost 10 hours now and it has me a bit freaked out . If it is still numb tomorrow I’m for sure going to call the doctor and see what can be done. I wasn’t sure how long would be considered normal . Thank you for responding :).
